Here at Fun Galaxy we want you to have as much fun as possible but for the comfort and enjoyment of all our customers we ask all visitors to adhere to our simple rules of play.
Fun Galaxy staff will be enforcing them at all times.
We also monitor all activity with CCTV throughout the facility. This is not for public display
The rules are as following:
Everyone who enters Fun Galaxy must have a signed waiver. A parent or legal guardian must sign a Risk Acknowledgement form if your child is under 18 years-old. No exceptions to be accepted.
Children must be supervised by a parent or adult at all times in the play area. Fun Galaxy does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
We must be informed if a child has a medical condition before entering.
Children should use the toilet and wash their hands prior to entering the play areas.
Please remove shoes, loose articles of clothing and jewellery before using the play equipment.
Socks must be worn at all times.
You must empty your pockets completely. No mobile phones, cameras, tablets, keys, loose change etc. are allowed.
Slide one at a time in a forward seated position, feet first. Please no climbing on or up the slides.
No running, pushing, hitting or biting allowed in the play area.
Do not climb or hang on to any perimeter netting, walls or top pads.
No food or drink allowed on the play structure
The Playcentre accepts no liability for supervision, loss, damage or injury to persons or property within the centre, this does not affect your statutory rights
Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and well being of the child in their care at all times while in the Centre, and must maintain supervision at all times.
Report ALL accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of re-occurence. These will be logged and are an important part of Fun Galaxy ongoing commitment to providing safe play and safety audits.
Nappy changing and the use of potties etc. should be conducted in the dedicated baby changing room, ensuring nappies are placed in the correct bins provided.
Please advise if there are any food allergies and we will endeavour to accommodate them if you require catering. Due to Health and Safety regulations we have a strict policy against bringing any outside food and drink onto the premises.
