Mission Statement
At Fun Galaxy Childcare we are committed to promote a safe, secure, and caring environment for the children which values diversity & promotes equality. We follow the principles of Siolta and Aistear in the teaching of the children. We prepare the preschool children for a safe transition to primary school. In our afterschool we provide a safe, relaxed, and stimulating environment in our after-school service.
Our Principle Goals
At Fun Galaxy Childcare our principle goals are to foster a life-long love of learning through teaching, across the curriculum, which demonstrates the interconnection of all life; and to foster the individual’s understanding of his/her role within the whole, through the development of individual potential. We provide individualized instruction based on observation and understanding of learning styles and abilities to become an independent, responsible, self-disciplined and self-motivated learner who works to potential and loves it!
To engage families in the education of their children through, but not limited to dialog, education in child development, ongoing communication, and joint planning to address evolving needs and circumstances. We teach through the standards of Siolta & Aistear, with continuous observations of all children to establish individual needs of each child. We share these observations with parents on an ongoing basis.
FUNGALAXY PRE-SCHOOL
MONDAY to FRIDAY 9am to 12:30pm
- 30 minutes exclusive use of the play structure, fruit platter with juice, milk or water after play and freshly cooked hot lunch provided!
- ECCE, HSE,Tusla and Early childhood Ireland approved and registered.
- All our Staff are fully trained in Early Childhood Education, Garda vetted, Paediatric First Aid and Manual handling trained.
- Only €89 per week. A non-refundable deposit of €89 is required for all bookings. We do not take provisional bookings.
