GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – FUN GALAXY
Guest Safety
• Guest safety is our number one priority. Our staff are here to help, so if you need anything please feel free to ask a member of our team.
Play Centre Age Range
• Fun Galaxy play centre provides a soft play structure for children aged 9 months to 12 years.
Risk Acknowledgement
• Parents/guardians must sign a Risk Acknowledgment form for children prior to entry.
• By paying an admission fee/party booking fee or otherwise being invited to partake in the activities at Fun Galaxy, you are hereby agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions.
Socks and Clothing
• All guests must wear socks at all times. No socks, no play. No exceptions.
• Long sleeves and trousers are also advised.
Food & Drinks
• No food or drinks are permitted on any part of the play structure.
• Only food and drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed.
• NO FOOD OR DRINKS FROM OUTSIDE IS PERMITTED ON OUR PREMISES.
Safety Rules & Supervision
• Fun Galaxy provides a facility for playing; to ensure safety of all participants, strict rules and procedures are in place.
• Participants must follow directions from Fun Galaxy staff at all times. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the premises. If this occurs, there will be no refund.
• Our team supervise the play centre to ensure safety for everyone at all times.
• Parents must supervise their children at all times. Fun Galaxy does not provide a babysitting service. Children are not to be left alone in the centre at any time.
• As this is a play centre, accidents may happen. Please inform a member of staff of any accident/injury immediately, no matter how trivial or small it may be.
CCTV & Personal Items
• Fun Galaxy has 24-hour CCTV audio and visual recording. This is not for public display.
• Fun Galaxy does not take liability for lost or stolen personal items, so please take care of them.STANDARD PARTIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS – FUN GALAXY
Party Duration & Inclusions
Standard Parties are 2 hours in duration, consisting of:
• 1 hour 30 minutes in the play centre
• 30 minutes in the party room
• Party rooms are decorated with themed table covers, napkins, and coloured balloons.
Pricing & Numbers
• Party price: €19.50 per child
• Minimum of 10 children applies
• A maximum of two birthday children is permitted per party
• All children attending the party (play centre or party room) are charged the full party price, regardless of age
• Recommended adult ratio: 2 adults per 10 children
Booking Fee & Payment
• A €195 booking fee is required to secure your party date and time
• The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be used to change the party date or time, as it covers the reservation of the party slot, staffing, preparation, and allocation of facilities and resources
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@fungalaxy.ie. Cancellations made by phone will not be accepted
• The remaining balance for your party must be paid in full on arrival
Party Extras
• The birthday child receives a foil balloon and a gift
• All guests receive a Fun Galaxy balloon
• Piñatas: €25, preferably booked in advance
• Gourmet sandwich or hot food platters: €35 per platter (serves 6–8 adults). Platters must be ordered and paid for at the time of booking
• Outside Items
For health, safety, and operational reasons, the following are not permitted on the premises:
• Outside food or drinks
• Outside piñatas
• Outside balloons, including number foil balloons
• All party-related items can be purchased on site.
Risk Acknowledgement Forms
• All children must have a Risk Acknowledgement Form completed by a parent or guardian online prior to arrival
• Children must be checked in at reception before entering the centre

Guest List & Final Numbers
• A list of guests’ full names must be emailed to info@fungalaxy.ie at least one week prior to the party date
• Final numbers must be confirmed 24 hours before the party date
WALK-IN PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS – FUN GALAXY
Availability
• Walk-in parties are available Monday to Friday during the school term only.
• Walk-in parties are not available on bank holidays or outside school term dates.
Booking Fee & Payment
• A €70 booking fee is required to reserve a walk-in party table.
• The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, as it covers the allocation of space, staffing, and preparation for your party.
• Payment of the booking fee secures your party table and time slot.
Party Setup
• Fun Galaxy will reserve a table for your party in the play centre.
• Children will be served their food and birthday cake at the reserved table.
• Please remember to bring your own birthday cake; it will be served at the table when children are having their food.
Guest Numbers
• There is no minimum number of children required for a walk-in party.
Safety & Requirements
• Risk Acknowledgement Forms: All guests attending the party must have a valid Risk Acknowledgement Form completed and signed by a parent or guardian prior to arrival.
• Socks Policy: All children must wear socks when using the play structure. No exceptions will be made.
Additional Notes
• Fun Galaxy reserves the right to refuse entry to any child who has not completed a Risk Acknowledgement Form or is not wearing socks.
• These terms and conditions are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
